Use the counter as a game, never as a real transaction tool
By using TallyQuay Shift, you accept that every token, unit, ratio, weight mark, customer, result, score, and seed is fictional and exists only for browser-game practice.
No money, finance, or gambling
The site does not quote, hold, exchange, count, authenticate, or advise about real currency, assets, commodities, payments, investments, taxes, accounting records, casino chips, wagers, odds, or prizes. Do not use its ratios, weights, verification clues, results, or explanations in a real decision or transaction. The practice score has no cash or redeemable value.
No counterfeit or safety claim
A verification puzzle checks invented samples against invented rules. It cannot identify forged money, documents, jewelry, collectibles, products, or hazardous material. Use qualified official resources for real authenticity, safety, legal, accounting, or financial questions.
Local data and shared seeds
Recent summaries and sound settings may be kept in the browser as described in Privacy. A shared seed recreates puzzles only. Do not place personal information, secrets, slurs, or another party’s protected identifier in a seed even though unsafe characters are removed and length is limited.
Acceptable use
Do not present the game as a bank, exchange, school, employer assessment, official training system, gambling service, or counterfeit detector. Do not use it to deceive, harass, overload hosting, bypass security, or claim affiliation with a third party. Public issue reports must not contain credentials, payment records, personal data, or exploit secrets.
Availability and warranty
The game is provided as-is for casual practice and may change or become unavailable. Correctness is tested against the project’s own fictional rules, but uninterrupted operation, suitability, preservation of local history, or a particular score is not guaranteed. Closing a tab, clearing storage, browser policy, or a site update may remove local state.
