Four tasks, one transparent customer loop
Choose Quick Shift for a three-minute session of up to eight customers, or Endless for an untimed counter. Close either mode whenever you want.
1. Read the request
Count names one target family. Convert posts a ratio, starting amount, and answer unit. Weigh lists two token groups and each group’s weight in fictional balance marks. Verify gives a reference weight, an allowed ±1 tolerance, and the authentic wave-stamp rule.
2. Build the answer
Use large number buttons or keyboard digits for Count, Convert, and Weigh. Q adds 100, W adds 1000, U undoes the latest ledger operation, Backspace removes a digit, and Enter checks the answer. Verification uses the A, B, or C buttons and matching keyboard keys. Nothing is draggable, so no object can fall beyond the table.
3. Round conversions only once
Multiply the starting amount by the posted numerator, divide by the denominator, then round the final result to the nearest whole invented token. Do not round the multiplication or division partway through. The answer explanation prints the full formula.
4. Read the explanation
Every customer receives immediate Correct or Needs review feedback. The game states the expected and entered answer, then explains the count, formula, weight sum, or authenticity clue. Select Next customer only after you are ready.
5. Review and replay
The final ledger shows each customer, task type, result, and explanation. Accuracy, streak, and practice score are entertainment values. Replay this seed recreates the puzzle order; the shared URL contains only the safe seed. Today’s seed follows the Japan-time date.
Sound and accessibility
Tally feedback and timer bell sounds can be disabled separately, and Mute all overrides both. Short tones are generated locally; no audio file or microphone is used. The page supports visible keyboard focus, semantic controls, reduced motion, direct touch targets, and a scroll-contained results table at 390 pixels wide.
