TallyQuay ShiftIndependent fictional game

ABOUT · ACERCA DE

An original tally room with no real-world currency

TallyQuay Shift is a small independent browser puzzle about careful counting. Its harbor setting, token families, customer names, ratios, weight rules, dialogue, interface, local sound tones, illustrations, and code were made for this project.

Clean-room boundary

The product is inspired only by the broad human task of counting objects at a counter. It does not copy another game’s source code, executable, Unity assets, screenshots, characters, city, currency names, denominations, values, level design, dialogue, sound, manual, color system, or interface. The public source candidate was used to identify an unmet touch-friendly task, not as an asset library or implementation template.

The production illustration and three UI concepts were generated specifically for TallyQuay Shift before code was written. The page uses that original bench illustration plus CSS-drawn tokens and local oscillator tones. See the project’s THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES file for the dependency and asset record.

What the game is—and is not

TallyQuay offers four invented exercises: count one family in a mixed tray, convert with a posted fictional ratio, total a fictional balance weight, and identify one suspect sample from clear evidence. It is not financial education, accounting software, a till simulator, a counterfeit detector, an exchange service, a casino, or a source of real prices. No object has cash value.
